Slow down or speed up a video using Windows Movie Maker

Windows Movie  Maker is just easy to do editing in videos. It's simple. But it can't do many more editing. Windows Movie  Maker is more suitable for beginners to video making industry. In one of below post describe about Editing playback speed of a video clip using Ulead Video Studio. Now I'm going to explain how to do this using Windows Movie  Maker. Go through the below points.

1. First open Windows Movie  Maker and import a video or a movie file to it.
2. Drag and drop it to the Timeline.
3. Go to Tools menu and click on Video Effects or click on View Video Effects subtitle under the Movie Tasks.
4. If you want to slow down the video clip, so drag and drop Slow Down, Half video effect to the Timeline. After that your video runs more slower than past.
5. If you want to speed up the video clip, so drag and drop Speed Up, Double video effect to the Timeline. After that your video runs more faster than past.

Are you finish with the speed of your video? So you can go through other editing and finalize your video. Finally you can save your video as normal or save it as WMV (Windows Media Video) format.
