How you know how to blur a video?

Blur is a main part of video production. Simply it can apply many motions like dreaming, imaging and thinking and many more. Now I told you about how can apply these effect to your movie clip using Windows Movie Maker. Also it use more in Halloween movies. Because the motion should scare the audience. Let's know how can we do this. Open Windows Movie Maker and import a video clip or a movie clip. Drag and drop your video into Timeline. Go to video effects under the Movie Tasks. ( Tools > Video Effects) Choose the "Blur" video effect among the video effects on it. Drag and drop the "Blur" video effect to your video on the Timeline. That all with the "Blur" video effect in Windows Movie Maker. But with Adobe Premier or with Adobe AfterEffect there are many editing associate with motion blur.

Now you can finalize your video or the movie and save it for re-use or save it as a WMV (Windows Media Video) which ready to share...
