It's easy to it with Windows Movie Maker than others. Frist you have to import a video clip and an audio track. Then follow the steps.

1. Go to Timeline by clicking on Timeline button.
2. After that add a video clip to Timeline and click the Plus icon(+) in front of Video. Then it shows video track and audio track seperately.
3. Right click on the audio track and select Mute on the list.
4. Add your audio track into forth bar (Audio/Music).
5. It's OK with the audio track now you can finalize.
